8AM Time Trial Start
Transition area opens at 6:30 AM and body marking will occur in the transition area. Athletes will be staged on the pool deck for the time trial start no later than 7:50 AM
Course Information:
300 Yd swim at indoor McCutcheon High School pool.
13 Mile county road course, see map link on race website.
5K run course is traffic free, twists and turns around the high school campus and through woodland trails, some hills.
