Come join us for either the 30k (18.6miles) or 7mile run on the beautiful, mostly shaded, wooded trail surrounding Salem Lake. Enjoy a low-key but well-organized event that makes a great tune up for any of the fall marathons held in October or November. The course has been listed as one of America's best running trails and part of the proceeds benefit the Salem Lake Trail System.
