SWIM COURSE: Point-to-point 500 yard swim in Lake Sinclair. It is an in-water start in from of the beautiful landscape of the Legacy at Sinclair condominiums.

BIKE COURSE: This course is intermediate in its level of challenge but FUN. Racers seem to love it. Prepare for some long, steady inclines and the complimentary fast downhill sections on the other side.

Run Course: The run heads out onto the Milledgeville Country Club golf course where you start up hill, but then it will flatten out as you make your way out of the back nine on a paved road that will turn you around to the entrance of the Legacy at Sinclair condominiums and head for the finish line (towards the BBQ!) The sidelines of the golf course provide plenty of space for race fans and family to cheer you on through the home stretch.

From I-20 (Atlanta) head east towards Augusta, exit off 114 (HWY 441). Head south on 441 for 35 miles. Make a right onto Log Cabin Rd. Go 1 1/2 miles to Sinclair Dam Road. (You will go through a four way stop and the entrance to the Legacy at Sinclair will be straight ahead, shortly after the Milledgeville Country Club entrance, there will be a stone sign that directs you down to the Legacy at Sinclair.) Make a left to enter the Legacy at Sinclair. You may be directed to park beforehand at the Country Club.

Legacy at Sinclair will be straight ahead, shortly after the Milledgeville Country Club entrance, there will be a stone sign that directs you down to the Legacy at Sinclair.) Make a left to enter the Legacy at Sinclair. You may be directed to park beforehand at the Country Club.
