The clinic is designed for the novice/beginner triathlete who is seeking confidence and expert insight into key elements of triathlon training and racing. Dave Scott, 6 time Ironman World Champion and first inductee into the Ironman Hall of Fame, will take you through a one day clinic that includes:
- Unique strength and stretch exercise sessions guaranteed to enhance your ability in all three disciplines.
- Detailed discussion and practice of swim/bike /run biomechanics
- Open water swim, supervised by BAM
- Plenty of time to ask Dave questions.

Each participant will receive FREE Stretch Cords courtesy of SPRI &
a Swim Cap.
