Saturday, July 11: 1 pm - 5 pm
Sunday, July 12: 6 am - 7:30 am
Transition area: Open from 6:00 - 7:30 am on Sunday morning.
Mandatory pre-race meeting: At the swim start area at 7:45 am.
Competition: Begins at 8:00 am
Course Information:
This is an open course event, meaning that participants must share the road with traffic. For safety, helmets must be worn during the cycling portion of the competition and no headphones/iPods will be allowed on any part of the course. Participants should leave their running shoes in the transition area.
Course will consist of the following:
Swim - Open water, distance of 1/4 mile
Bike - 15 miles
Run - 5K
