Just a short drive from Laramie, Cheyenne, Casper, Ft. Collins and the rest of the Colorado Front Range, the SNOWY RANGE DUATHLON is a bike (4.3 miles), hike/run (11 miles), bike (6.83 miles) race of 22.13 miles that will test your stamina and steer you through some of the most beautiful country the Rocky Mountains have to offer.
Course Information:
Starting at the headwaters of North Brush Creek at Lincoln Park, you’ll bike paralleling Brush Creek for 4.3 miles to the junction of the Kennaday Peak road from which you’ll transition to your hiking/running shoes for a further 5.5 miles to the stunning summit of “ Ole Baldy” offering you a 360 degree vista of 4 different river drainages, the Sierra Madres and the North Platte Valley.
