2015 USAT Splash & Dash Aquathlon Series - Richmond:
• Ages 5-19.
• A great introduction to multisport.
• Short swim, followed by a short run to the finish line.
Course Information:
• ages 5-10: 100m swim & 1k run
• ages 11-15: 200m swim & 2k run
• ages 16+: 300m swim & 3k run
• adult & child relay: 100m swim & 1k run
