This a FREE Aquathlon race in the International run - swim - run format.
Be there to register by 8:30 a.m. and the race begins at 9:00 a.m.
Course Information:
Run 2.5k, Swim 1k, Run 2.5k
Run 2.5k on the roads in Birch Park
Followed by a 1k swim in the ocean
Then back into the park for another 2.5k run
Directions:
Birch Park
To get there, go in the park entrance on Sunrise Blvd.
(there is a park entrance fee $$$)
Then proceed forward, parking in the first parking lot on your right around the corner.
