Join us for the third installment of the 2015 The Drink Around The World Challenge Series during Expedition Everest weekend, Trek the Monorail system and take the YETI CHALLENGE!

Perfect challenge to get your non-running friends and family involved.

A weekend such as this deserves something different than the normal drink around the world at Epcot. This challenge takes you on a Trek along the monorail system, which means no park tickets needed. There are 7 venues among 3 resorts along the monorail system. To complete this challenge simply trek along the monorail visiting the 7 venues for a refreshing beverage. In the evening of Sunday, May 3rd, one of the venues will host the Yeti Base Camp (meet and greet) where you can pick up your 3” Yeti Medal. (Location and time to be determined)

The challenge is done using the honor system on your own so you set your own route and your own pace. You can even break down the challenge and complete different parts in several days within the designated dates. This is your run so be the master of it!

The resorts and venues (time open) include:
Disney’s Contemporary Resort
• California Grill Lounge (5:00 PM)
• Outer Rim (4:30 PM)
• Wave Lounge (12:00 PM)
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort
• Tambu Lounge (1:00 PM)
• Kona Island (5:00 PM)
Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa
• Cítricos Lounge (5:00 PM)
• Mizner’s Lounge (4:30 PM)

We are going to donate a portion of the proceeds this year to Paws for Veterans - a central Florida non-profit, "Rescuing Dogs to Rescue Heroes" Each dog is rescued, rehabilitated, and re-homed with a Veteran that suffers from PTSD, TBI, and other disabilities. Parking fees, the cost of the drinks, and/or park entrance is not included in the registration fees. There is no restrictions on what type of drink you enjoy. There are no age restrictions for participants, although most participants of legal age will enjoy an alcoholic beverage (Beer/Wine/shots) we do not encourage you to break any laws or jeopardize your safety. If you can't attend sign up anyways and complete the challenge virtually! Anyone that cannot make either meet and greet will receive their medals and/or shirts in the mail.
