2015 Stowe Triathlon:
The Stowe Triathlon is an early season, fun, community minded Sprint Triathlon. You can sign up as an individual or take it on with a team! The race is set up in a Pursuit format. The 500 meter swim will take place in the pristine 25 m Olympic style waveless gutter lap pool of The Swimming Hole. The bike is 13.7 miles long and will start and finish in the parking lot of our facility. It will take you through the Historic town of Stowe and the beautiful countryside that surrounds it. The 5k run will begin with the transition off the bike and proceed down and back the Stowe Bike Path.Course Information:
• 500 Meter Pool Swim, timed heats.
• 13.7 mile road bike, light hills.
• 5k run on town rec path, out & back
Directions:
From I-89. Take 100 North, Exit 10. Turn Right onto Route 100 North. Travel approx 10 miles into Stowe Vermont. At the first stop sign, turn Left onto Route 108 North. Travel approx half mile Turn Left onto Weeks Hill Road. We are the Big Red Building on the Left!
From 100 South. Travel to Stowe, Turn Right on 108 North. Travel approx half mile Turn Left onto Weeks Hill Road. We are the Big Red Building on the Left!
Parking: Will be a few hundred feet further down Weeks Hill Road on both the right and left hand sides. As the facility parking lot will be used to a staging area for the race.
