Racin' for the Seed is a 5K walk/run followed by a 15 mile bike and a 1 mile walk/run. Participants can register as an individual or relay team for the Duathlon or as an individual for the 5K walk/run.
All proceeds will go directly to the ministry of The Mustard Seed and will help to continue providing a loving, Christian community for adults with developmental disabilities.
