Hastings Family YMCA is hosting our 9th Annual Spring Triathlon. Participants may either participate as a solo competitor or as a team in which group of 2 or three individuals may delegate one person per component of the race--swim, bike or run. All participants will begin using a sepentine start in which one swimmer is released into the 25 yard pool every 20 seconds. Once completing the swim, participants will transition to the bike. Bike and run courses will be around residential and park communities. All terrain will be asphalt, paved roads and/or concrete bike paths.
