Where: Crossfit Dover, 155 Commerce Way, Suite L, Dover , DE. Registration, start, finish, award ceremony and post event festivities will take place at this location.

Silent Hero: Can't make this event but would like to show your support? Register as a SILENT HERO!

Fitness 1.5 Challenge: This event will consist of bodyweight movements and few other odd elements to test your fitness during the 1.5 mile run. Movements and course description will be posted May 1 at CrossFit Dover.com. You must register for this event by Friday, June 19. No late or day of registrations for this event will be excepted!

Awards: 5K awards to overall and masters male and female winners, top 3 male & female runners in categories 10 and under through 70 & over. 5K walk awards to top 5 male & female finishers. 1.5 mile Fitness Challenge awards to overall male/female, masters male/female (40+), and the next 3 male/female finishers. Finishers ribbons to all Crossfit Kids Run finishers.

Amenities: Quality event shirts to all participants. HUGE post race party! Festivities to include food, beverage and music provided by DJ SpinJocs. Fordham &Dominion Brewing Company and the Meat Mechanic will also be onsite! Results and photos will be posted at TriSportsEvents.Com.
