The 6th Annual Chainge the World Bike Ride is a fundraiser for Refuge International a nonprofit organization working in Guatemala to provide health care, clean water and education. Refuge volunteers also provide health care at Hiway 80 Mission in Longview Texas. Join us for a beautiful ride through East Texas. You can chose a 10,20, 40 mile or 100K route.
