31th annual triathlon. Beautiful flat bike and run courses along the ocean. Adult sprint tri and duathlon start 8:30 at pool. Adult relays and adult teams encouraged. Kids ages 5-12 start 11:00 with distances varying by age groups. Adult tri $40 age 13-18 and $55 over age 19. $40 adult duathlon, $35 per person adult teams. $20 kids. Late fees after July 31st.
