2015 Mandell JCC 9th Annual Triathlon Challenge
Sunday, March 8
Begins at 10:00 a.m.
This event is perfect for all men and women who want to spice up their winter workout, any triathlete looking for a pre-season challenge or a newbie looking for a safe, comfortable way to sample the triathlon experience.
Course Information:
20 minute swim, 20 minute ride on a spin bike, 20 minutes on a treadmill
Swim will take place in a 25 yard pool.
Bike will take place on Spin Bikes.
Run will take place indoors on treadmills.
Your laps (for swimming) and run distance will be tracked.
There is no distance for the bike "leg."
