2015 Woodruff Family Y-Tri:
• The 6th Annual Woodruff Family Y-Tri in Milford, CT includes a 300-yard pool inside the gorgeous Woodruff YMCA Pool, 11-mile bike through residental Milford, followed by a 3-mile run.
• Do the whole thing, or get a few people together to do a relay!
• Either way, just "tri" it!
Course Information:
Swim:
• 300 yards in our beautiful indoor aquatics center.
Bike:
• 2 loops on a fast, flat road course- 11 miles total.
Run:
• 3 miles total on an easy out and back flat road.
Directions:
Milford is in southern Connecticut, west of New Haven.
