2015 Finger Lakes Triathlon:
• Every September, over 1,200 athletes from across the country and Canada gather on the shores of beautiful Canandaigua Lake to compete in the Finger Lakes Triathlon.
• Cheering them on is crowd of over 2,000 family members, friends, volunteers and community members.
• This is one of the largest triathlons in Upstate NY.
• The race course consists of an Olympic and Sprint distance for individuals or teams so that athletes of all abilities can take part.
• There is also a Kid’s Triathlon designed for 6-15 year olds.
• 2015 will mark our 13 year anniversary of this, one of the longest standing triathlons in the region!

• The course wanders through the Finger Lakes wine region, in and along beautiful Canandaigua Lake.
• Rollers on the bike course.
• Flat run.

- Take I-90 (New York State Thruway) EAST
- Take the RT-332 exit 44 toward CANANDAIGUA - go 0.3 mi
- Continue on RT-332 SOUTH - go 8.3 mi
- Continue on RT-21 SOUTH/RT-332 SOUTH - go 0.9 mi
- Continue on S MAIN ST - go 0.2 mi
- Bear on LAKESHORE DR - go 0.6 mi

- Take the Exit 42 exit - go 0.1 mi

- Turn onto STATE ROUTE 14 - go 0.2 mi
