2015 Shamrock Duathlon & 3.3 Mile Run:
Duathlon:
• Glastonbury’s beautiful apple country is the setting for this 5K run, 26K bike, 5K run.
• Run course on wide, neighborhood streets.
• The bike is a 26K loop of rolling hills through scenic farmland and historic Glastonbury.
• Great food and a cold brew at the finish on the historic Hubbard Green.
• Duathlon sold out in 2014.
• Limit: 480
Shamrock 3.3:
• Runners start with duathletes, and run the same course plus 0.2 miles to finish at Hubbard Green.
• Stick around to cheer on the duathletes and enjoy the post-race festivities.
• Please bring nonperishable food items to benefit the Connecticut Food Bank.
