Course Information:
Bike - NYC Central Park Loop in virtual reality on CompuTrainers. Bring your bike, shoes, and a trainer-friendly skewer. Helmets not required.
Swim - 200 Yards in a 25 Yard Indoor Pool. You will complete 4 laps in your own lane; no 'snaking' and no sharing.
Run - 2 Miles on treadmills. Each treadmill has fans and an individual TV.

Directions:
From 75, Exit Forest and travel South on the Access Road. Turn right at Northaven Road. Entrance will be on your left at the top of the hill.
Park at the East end of the parking lot (bottom of the hill) and enter through the Sports and Fitness Entrance.
