The Indoor Ultra Tri is a special event designed around the athletes desire for affordability and fierce competition. At the Indoor Ultra Tri, competitors will complete a 2.4 mile pool swim, 112 mile ride on provided bikes, and a 26.2 mile run on a treadmill. Although the Indoor Ultra Tri is Ironman distance, it is not part of the official Ironman series. While traditional Ironman triathlons are completed on an outdoor course, the Ultra Tri is held entirely indoors making it a true test of mental strength.
Competitors will have the option of competing the race as an individual, or in relay teams of 2,3,5 or 6 people. Our goals for hosting this race are to provide a challenging race in a comfortable, affordable environment while raising money for charities. Complete with live entertainment, music, awesome sponsors, great give-a-ways, and more, this event promises to be one to defy.
