2011 Race the River Triathlon:

Dont miss the opportunity to participate in this exciting sprint distance triathlon in beautiful Riverstone Park.

This race is expected to sell out quickly.

Limited to 500 participants. - - -

Course Information:

Swim starts 12 mile upstream (trolleys take participants to start), swim is a straight line with the current.

Water temp in the 70s, wetsuits allowed but not necessary. - - -

Bike course goes through Riverstone Park, onto Seltice Way and back (3 loops).

No tandem or pull carts allowed.

Helmets required. - - -

Run course follows Centennial Trail north to Golf Course Rd.

There will be an aid station with water at the turn around.

Run finishes with a loop around Riverstone Lake in the Park.

Run course is flat. - - -

Transition area will be at park entrance - - -

Directions:

Riverstone Park, Coeur dAlene, ID. Riverstone is just South of the Northwest Blvd Exit off I-90 (Exit 11) - - -
