Turn the thrill of the ride into the thrill of the run! Carowinds is excited to present year two of the Run & Ride series, which will have your thighs and lungs screaming during one of the three running events through the park and then you can scream your head off as you take to some of the best coasters in the country. With a half-marathon, 10K, 5K, and 1-mile fun run to choose from, you can find something for everyone.
With the new Fury 325 to ride, your weekend will certainly be thrill packed. Read more about the Fury 325 here.
The half-marathon includes free park entry for the runner Friday evening and all day Saturday and Sunday for the event weekend. The 10K and 5K includes a one-day pass for the event weekend. Discounted park entry is included with the 1-mile.
Don’t want to leave the family at home? Bring them along! They can enjoy an amazing discounted rate for the entire weekend, and while you soak in that ice bath, they can take to the rides and have their own kinda fun.
