Compete as an individual for the full sprint triathlon (run, bike, and ski) or as a team member on a relay of two or three. The CHILLY CHEEKS Winter Triathlon will be capped at 125 athletes.  This is a fundraiser for the AROOSTOOK 'House of Comfort'.  There will be NO race day registration!

WINTER TRIATHLON ~ 1.5 mile run, 4 mile bike, 2.5 mile ski

The CHILLY CHEEKS WINTER TRIATHLON will start at the Caribou High School Ski Center, transition from run to bike and bike to ski in the parking lot, with the skiing on the trails adjacent to the ski center, and finishing on the soccer field! Athletes will start at the ski center, run out the high school parking lot, take a right heading towards downtown Caribou, turn around at the 0.75 mile mark, and then head back to the ski center and into transition one (T1). In T1, athletes will begin the bike segment, heading out the high school parking lot, take a left on the Woodland Road, take another left onto Lombard Road, turn around at the 2 mile mark, and then head back to the ski center and into transition two (T2). In T2, athletes will begin the ski segment. The ski course will be on the trails adjacent to the ski center, having a roaring finish on the soccer field below the ski center! Post race awards and a meal will be served in the Caribou High School Ski Center.

RELAY

Forget running? Not a biker? Can’t ski? Consider being a member of a relay team for the CHILLY CHEEKS WINTER TRIATHLON! A relay team consists of two or three members, who will complete a segment or two of the full sprint triathlon (run, bike, and ski). Need help creating a relay team?
