2015 Newington Bicycle Indoor Triathlon at Eastern Connecticut State University:

Indoor Triathlon at Eastern Connecticut State University

Join us for an indoor triathlon on March 8th 2014 at 9:00am.

The event will be held in multiple waves starting in half hour intervals.

There are only 12 slots available per wave so make sure you register early to get the wave you want!

Packet pick up will be at Eastern Connecticut State University.

Please show up at least 30 minutes before your wave

Course Information:

The 20 minute swim will be held in a 6 lane 25 yard pool

The bike will be 20 minutes long (please bring your own bike) and will be done on the participant's own bike using Cycleops Super Magneto Pro Trainers.

There will then be a 10 minute transition to the run

The run will be 20 minutes long as well and will be contested on a 1/10th of a mile track

Directions:

The event will be held in the Sports Center
