2015 Indoor Triathlon Hour powered by Life Time Tri and IRONMAN:

• Become a triathlete in 60 minutes!
• In partnership with Life Time Tri and IRONMAN, we invite you to Commit to Tri in 2015.
• Join us for a fun and challenging 60 minute workout hosted inside a Life Time Fitness club.
• Swim for 10 minutes in the lap pool, bike for 30 minutes on the indoor bikes, and run for 20 minutes on the treadmill.
• Results are measured by the distance covered during each portion of the race.
• With plenty of friendly encouragement, anyone can complete a triathlon and have a blast!


• Athletes new to triathlon say the Indoor Triathlon Hour was fun, manageable and a great way to be introduced to the sport.
• Experienced triathletes love the training opportunity and the chance to see their results improve. It’s fun, convenient and quick-fits into even the busiest schedule.
• Set a goal and achieve it; add variety to your fitness routine, participate with friends…become a triathlete.


• Event is open to all - Life Time members and non–members are invited.


• With registration in the Indoor Triathlon Hour, you’ll have the opportunity to win one of 5 complimentary race entries to a Life Time Tri Series event or one of three entries to the 2015 IRONMAN 70.3 World Championship in Zell am See-Kaprun, Austria. A
