The 9th Annual Shamrock Run is a fundraiser for the following charity: Coweta Pregnancy Services.
Coweta Pregnancy Services is a non-profit, Christian-based organization serving women and men of all ages in pregnancy situations, both planned and unplanned. Their vision is to empower men and women to make life-affirming and healthy decisions about pregnancy and relationships.
Both our 5K and 10K race routes are USATF certified courses. The 10K course is for competitive runners, while the 5K and Leprechaun Dash is fun for the whole family. The Leprechaun Dash will be 2 laps around the Courthouse square. Walking, Dogs and Strollers are welcome for the 5K and Leprechaun Dash. We will use Orion Racing to professionally manage the finish line and use RFID chip timing to ensure the most accurate finish times possible. We will have a flat screen TV onsite with live result feeds. Results will be emailed to participants at the end of the race.
* The race course will be closing at 9:30 am. This allows runners approximately 15 minutes/mile for the 10k route. Please make sure you can finish the 5k or 10k within this timeframe. Thank you! *

$10.00- Children 12 and under
$18.00- Running Clubs and NJSL Sustainers
$25.00- Registration
$30.00- After 3-01-2015 and on Race Day
Packets:
Race packets will not be mailed. Packets can be picked-up on Friday, in Downtown Newnan at 1 Jefferson Street, 30263 from 3:30 – 6:30pm OR on Race Day at the registration table.
*Late registration is also available at this time and on race morning.
Results:
Results will be posted on Active.com and orionsportstiming.com. These times may be printed and used on the Peachtree Road Race application. (Check www.atlantatrackclub.com for details.)
Awards:
Awards will be presented to the top 3 male and female finishers in each of the 15 age groups.
Costume Contest:
Awards will be given for Most Creative Green Costume Adult and Children under 12.
