2015 Tri-U-Mah Indoor Triathlon:
• The Tri-U-Mah! Indoor Triathlon will take place on Saturday, February 28, 2015.
• It consists of 30 minute swimming, biking, and running sections.
• Participants will have 30 minutes to complete each individual section.
Course Information:
• Each leg of the Tri-U-Mah occurs in the University Recreation and Wellness Center.
• The swimming portion will take place in the Aquatic Center where participants will have their own personal lane for swimming.
• The biking portion will take place on stationary bikes, and the running section will take place on treadmills.

• The Tri-U-Mah will take place at the University of Minnesota Recreation and Wellness Center, located at 123 Harvard Street SE, Minneapolis, MN 55455.
