2015 Great Lakes 100 Mile Triathlon & Duathlon:

Set amidst the stunning backdrop of Lake Ontario, you'll experience a unique and memorable challenge - 100 miles of triathlon bliss.

Athletes are welcome to camp onsite in bunkhouse cabins and enjoy the post-race bonfire party!

Course Information:

You'll be treated to a challenging 1 mile rough water swim in the courageous waters of Lake Ontario.

An 84 mile bike tour of Western New York's Niagara Wine Region.

And a relaxing 15 mile run along Lake Ontario's south shore featuring apple and cherry orchard vistas and a visit to the historic "30 Mile Point" lighthouse at Golden Hill State Park.

Left on Gasport Road
Take Gasport Road straight to Camp Kenan

Left off Thruway to 77 North
Take 77 North to 63 North
Left on 18 West
Right at flashing light (Quaker Rd.)
Left on Lower Lake Rd.
Camp Kenan on Right

From Niagara Falls:

Robert Moses Parkway North until it ends
Left on 18 East
Stay on 18 East until Hartland Rd.
Left on Hartland Road
