2015 Ranger Triathlon (for Kids & Adults):
• The Ranger Triathlon is primarily a youth triathlon (ages 7-17).
• Adults may also participate and will race separately.
• The event is safe and free of any cars and traffic, featuring an indoor pool swim start, closed bike course, and a mixed terrain run course (sidewalk, stairs, grass, and track).
• All of this on the beautiful Texas School for the Deaf campus right in the heart of downtown Austin, TX.
• Juniors (ages 7-10) 100y swim 2.2 mile bike .5 mile run (track)
• Seniors (ages 11-14) 150y swim 5.5 mile bike 1 mile run (mixed terrain)
• Adults (ages 15+) 150y swim 5.5 mile bike 2 mile run (mixed terrain)
• All participants and volunteers will receive a t-shirt. Participants ages 7-17 will receive finisher medals.
• Awards will be given to the top 3 finishers in each age group.
• Adult age groups will be in increments of 10 years.
