A challenging and beautiful course through the hills and valleys of Rolling Hill Park in Gladwyne. Start and finish at Flat Rock Park on the Schuylkill River and run along Mill Creek, past old stone ruins, and up through Rolling Hill before winding back down to Flat Rock. All runners receive a t-shirt, reusable bag from Mom's Organic Market, and race-day giveaways. Top finishers receive prizes and medals.
