2014 JCC Fall Indoor Triathlon:
• Due to its growing popularity, the J is proud to host a Fall Edition of the Indoor Triathlon!
• All triathletes will receive a commemorative souvenir.
• Ages 12 and older
Course Information:
Athletes will compete in a Sprint Distance Course:
• 400 yard swim (indoor pool)
• 8 mile bike (Cycle bike)
• 2.5 mile run (treadmill)
