The annual Domus NINER will take place September 21, 2014 at Stamfords Cove Park.
Each individual participant or group of participants will compete in the following activities in the order listed below:
- 499 yard Swim in Long Island Sound
- 49 Burpees
- 99 Push-Ups
- 199 Squats
- 299 seconds of Plank
- 0.99 mile Run
All proceeds go to support Domus programming and include an awesome NINER shirt and individual and group prizes. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes will be awarded in four divisions: Men, Women, Elite Team, and Relay Team. All participants must be 18 years of age or older.
Directions:
| From the East: Take I-95 South. Take the US-1 exit which is exit 9 to Route 106/Glenbrook and continue 0.30 miles. Turn left onto East Main Street/US-1/Boston Post Road and continue 0.31 miles. Turn right onto Weed Avenue until Weed Avenue dead ends into Cove Road. The park will be located on your right. |

| From the West: Take I-95 North. Take exit 9 to US-1/Route 106/Glenbrook and continue 0.21 miles. Turn right onto Seaside Avenue and continue 0.64 miles. Turn left onto Cove Road and follow it to the end. |
