A swim, ride, run triathlon and unity walk to benefit the Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Southern Illinois. Participants will receive refreshments, lunch by Jimmy Johns, t-shirts, prizes, awards, helmets will be distributed, the Bike Surgeon will be available, and Joe Pott is the chairperson.
Course Information:
The 20 mile bike ride is through the beautiful trails of Southern Illinois University. Similar experience for those participating in the 5K run. Swim is 300 yards which is 12 lengths/6 laps in an indoor pool.

It's being held at the Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville campus, Lot A.
Other Info:
The Triathlon is dedicated to Sharon Rosenfeld, nurse and teacher, who cared deeply about epilepsy and advocated helmet safety.
Previous Results:
Best time was 01:17:52.77 for the triathlon.
