2010 Black Squirrel Triathlon:

  • The 2010 Black Squirrel Triathlon will take place on Saturday, August 21, 2010 at Lake Manawa State Park.
  • The race is open to ages 7 & older, both individuals and teams!
  • Proceeds will benefit Council Bluffs, Parks, Recreation and Public Property, Council Bluffs YMCA, and Iowa Department of Natural Resources-Lake Manawa.

    • Course Information:

  • Swim - Open Water (Lake Manawa) Wet suits allowed.
  • Bike - Start at Lake Manawa State Park Beach and road bike around the lake 3 times for a total of 19.3 miles
  • Run - 1 loop around Lake Manawa - water stations provided.
