8am: The morning will be begin with an open water swim clinic led by Todd Wiley Sports. Learn about sighting, open water swimming and get a chance to practice your open water swim skills on a certified, marked, 0.5 mi course.
10am: Following the swim clinic there will be a seminar on race day fueling and preparation as well as a short lunch (provided).
11:30am: After lunch we’ll head out and ride one loop of the Steelman bike course (~12.5 mi) to be followed by a short 10-20 min transition run off the bike.
1pm: The day will finish with a short transition clinic and questions.
