July 12th, 2014, 8AM start time.
Swim 1: Waist-deep start. 1000 yards completed as a 2x 500 yard loop course.
Run: 4 miles completed as 2 x 2 mile out and back on the Harris Lake park roads.
Two waves:
All men
All women - 3 minutes later
You must be 13 and up to participate!
The 2014 Old School Aquathon is a USAT Sanctioned event.

The race will start at 8AM. Packet pick up will take place at the Loblolly shelter from 645-740. Please arrive at the park with enough time to pick up your packet and get to the race start.
We will have 2 water stations on the run meaning you will have 4 opportunities for drinks on the course.
The swim will be patrolled by lifeguards and kayakers.
It will be another great day of racing with your buds!
