On October 25, 2014 runners will match their speed and wits through the old Lorton "Super Max" Prison. Starting from the safety of the local high school, runners will be forced along the old county road towards a forest and prison complex filled with killer zombies. As you proceed along the race course keep your speed up and don't take any shortcuts- they spell certain danger.
Race Premium? All runners will get a race bag. Also, all who register before 10/15/2014 will get a race shirt. Also, get a free pre-race massage from the folks at PIEDMONT MASSAGE! Please register early. FREE PHOTOS!
Key Times: Race time is 4:30pm SHARP. Onsite Registration and Pickup between 2:00-4:00pm. Packet pick up will also be on Friday (time and location TBD)!

Directions:
Driving a car to Zombie Prison is fairly easy. It is less than 1.5 miles off Route 95 and just South of Springfield, Virginia. 8501 Silverbrook Road, Lorton, VA 22079 Front Parking Lot. You wll see signs for parking at SOUTH COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL.
From the North and South: If approaching from the North or South via 95, take the Lorton Exit and at the stop sign take a right. Make an immediate right onto Silverbrook Road and proceed mile until you see the prison walls on your left. PARK AT SOUTH COUNTY HS
From the West: Take 123 in Fairfax County and turn onto Silverbrook Road. Proceed 4 miles until you see South County HS on your right.
Parking? Plenty of parking is available at South County HS. Please leave all of your valuables at home- some zombies love lost shirts, jackets, jewelry, etc.
