The premier "alternative" triathlon in North Idaho.
Experience a mountain bike ride on magnificent Rathdrum Mountain
or along a beautiful treed path, paddle the beauty of Twin Lakes in a kayak,
and then run the trails back to Rathdrum's charming City Park.
You can participate in the one of two courses;
The Intermediate course: bike-22miles, kayak-5.5 miles, run-6 miles
The Beginner course; bike-6.5 miles, kayak--2.5 miles, run-6
miles
You can compete as an individual – competing in all three legs,
Or as a team, with each member covering a different leg of the race.
