This is a family friendly event. We are offering a family fun run that is 1M in distance and also 5K and 10K trail runs. We will also be featuring a 1M tread and taste wine tasting trail. There will be entertainment and food to follow the races.
The 1st Annual Woods at Bear Creek Trail Run will take place this summer to benefit the Alexa Foundation. We are working with resort management to put together three awesome trail runs and a post race party like no other on this amazing 700+ acre facility located about 10 minutes outside of Ellicotteville, New York.
The event will be open to a maximum of 500 participants and will feature Jaguar electronic chip timing by Race Management Solutions. All pre-registered runners are guaranteed to receive an official Woods at Bear Creek t-shirt.
Course Information:
The groomed trails offer amazing views and are quite challenging. We are mapping out both 5K and 10K trail runs (approximate) along with a scenic 1 mile Family Fun Run. Non runners can enjoy our "Sample & Trample" wine tasting experience set in the middle of the beautiful 700+ acre facility!

Gun Start/Chip Finish using Jaguar Electronic RFID timing by Race Management Solutions. Results will be updated in real time throughout the race and can be accessed at our finish line kiosk immediately after crossing the finish line or via our mobile app (ITSYourRace) which can be downloaded onto your Smartphone or Android from the App Store at no charge.
