2014 River Rat Triathlon:
• Come race along the beautiful St Lawrence Seaway, in the heart of the Thousand Islands Region.
• This course is scenic with rolling hills on the bike course, & a flat run course.
• The venue is spectator/family friendly, with lots for the kids to do, a post race party like no other, & unique finishers medals.
• All this, and it benefits kids through Children's Miracle Network of NNY!
Course Information:
SWIM/KAYAK:
• A 600 meter swim or 3 mile kayak on the open water of the St. Lawrence River.
• Route is to and from Centennial Park, Downtown Clayton, NY.
BIKE:
• A hilly 17-mile stretch that loops through Claytons downtown area and several scenic country roads.
RUN:
• A 5k (3.1 mile) flat, technical course along the St. Lawrence River and downtown Clayton.
Directions:
From the south:
• I 81 north to exit 47 (Bradley St),
• take a left on route 12 for Clayton.
• Drive approximately 18 miles to Riverside Drive, Clayton.
