2014 BMC/WC Sprint Triathlon:
• The swim is done in the Wellness Center pool, up to three persons to a lane with timers provided.
• After the swim, participants will exit through the locker room of their gender and go out the main entrance to the front parking lot where the bikes will be racked.
• Triathletes will run their bike out to A street where they will mount, turn right to Anne Antelope st and then to the Trail of the Coeur d' Alene's trailhead which they will bike down approximately 5.5 miles to the turn around.
• After biking back the way they went down they will dismount at the parking lot, rack their bike and run west on Fairfield Rd 1.55 miles to the turn around then return to the finish line on A st next to the main parking lot.
