High Cadence Aukeman Training Camp is open to ages 15 and over and serves as training and preparation for the August 2nd 2014 Aukeman Triathlon. The camp is open to all levels, and is geared toward setting and reaching specific goals for the Aukeman Triathlon which includes a 750 meter swim, 19K bike, and 5K run. High Cadence Coach Jamie Bursell will make sure you are prepared and confident in your quest to have an amazing race.
