Zombies have invaded Connecticut!
Humanity depends on your ability to outrun and outwit the undead. As a human runner, you are provided a flag belt with 3 “flags” or health at the beginning of the race.
You wear the belt through the race, and the zombies are tasked with removing those health… Lose all 3 and you’re dead! (Sure, you can still finish the race, but you must have at least 1 health left to be counted amongst the survivors!)
There will also be personal challenge stations where participants can earn back health flags. Not knowing what the apocalypse might bring is part of the fun. Stick around for the post race apocalypse party to enjoy your free beer and some live music.

Humans are competing for time. They’ll be running through the course and doing anything they have to in order to avoid being eaten by the flesh crazed dead. Cross the finish line with at least one of the three provided health flags on a “flag football” style belt to survive. Register as a team and save $5 on each registration!
Zombies are competing against other Zombies to eat humans. In Zombie Run Connecticut, eating humans means catching and collecting the flags the humans are wearing. Zombies hunt in 1 hour shifts, and are staged throughout the race course. We’re offering makeup for those that need it to become a zombie. There will be awards for best zombie costumes.
