This is a pool swim course, rolling hill bike course and extremely flat run course....
Perfect for first timers or someone wanting to run a really fun and fast race. There is an opportunity for you to try a unique twist to the traditional triathlon.... The Double Triathlon: This is ran forward and backward all in one race.... We had a decent participation and a lot of interest/excitement last year and hope to improve on the event. We are limited to 50 total participants so don't delay to sign up!!
