Course Information:
SWIM:
500 meter open water triangle swim course.
Little to no current.
Wetsuits are not needed and normally not allowed as water temperatures often reach 85 degrees.
BIKE: The 15 mile bike course is one loop of the course.
Road surfaces are fair to good and traffic is very light.
Turns are marked with pavement arrows and directional signs.
RUN: The 5k run course is a simple out and back.
Aid stations at miles 0.5, 1.5 and 2.0.
