The Super Sprint (SS) will be a great course designed for you to race through or just enjoy. Approximate distances are: Foot 4k, Bike 6k, Tubing 1.5k with expected winning team time around 1.25hr (remember there is no time limit).

All three segments will begin & end at the Start/Finish TA. Teams will receive a course reference map at Check-In to follow along with and a Punch Card to verify that they pass key locations along the route.

Despite holding a map, the course will be marked with the intent for your team to be on target throughout. Think of it as a fun "Adventure Race Lite" where no navigation is required.

The only Mandatory Gear is a Bike and Bike Helmet.

The Nite-Nav Challenge offers you a chance to hone your nocturnal skills and take in some short AR clinics to learn more about the sport.

The festivities begin at 17:30 with three AR 101 clinics teaching (1) beginner level navigation with insight on night-nav; (2) info about proper Gear, Fuel, Transitions and Team Work strategies; & (3) Paddling 101 "Link to Kings Landing" Hoedown on the Sandbar at King's Landing.

Then when the sun disappears the Nite-Nav Challenge takes place. Teams will receive a Map and Punch Card to take on the AR style nocturnal course. Teams will be on Foot and a short Boat section. The cutoff time will be 1.5hr and the race will be scored on the leaderboard below.

Mandatory gear is a team Compass, and individual Head-lamps or Flashlights & Whistles.

With our Night Series of adventure races starting up in July, this is a perfect way to introduce yourselves to nocturnal navigation.

Other Info:

Camping is available for Saturday night at Camp Joy free of charge to anyone participating in any events that weekend and is just $5 a head for anyone else. We expect quiet hours to begin around 23:00. Please Check-In if camping.

With so much going on plan to spend part or all of your Father's Day weekend with us in the great outdoors. Don't let a special moment like this pass you by and build some memories to last a lifetime.
