Located less than 30 minutes west of New York City the Lincoln Park Triathlon is a great race for beginners and experienced athletes.
The 0.31 mile (500m) swim will be a shallow water start in waves. Course will be marked by buoys and will form a qausi rectangular shape.
The 10 mile (16K) bike course will be mostly flat through the neighborhood streets of Lincoln Park. See below for a turn-by-turn description.
The 3.1 mile (5K) run will be an out-and-back, very flat course on paved roads ending back at the lake.
