Learn a variety strategies to get the most out of your training. This class will combine yoga, targeted mobility, stretching, and a variety of other techniques that will help you to recover better and to stay injury free.
Most athletes get an A+ in their workouts only to sabotage their efforts with inadequate recovery strategies. Devoting this 30 minutes each week to elongating your muscles and working out tight spots will pay big dividends at your races. It will also teach you some new techniques that can be used daily and that will benefit you for years to come.
