1st Annual Camp High Hopes Rib Run
Proceeds from the Rib Run will help Camp High Hopes provide safe, fun, and adaptive recreational experiences for children, teens and adults with disabilities.

This 5k run/walk is family friendly and takes places along the banks of the Missouri River in Sioux City, IA. The course is flat and accessible. Water will be provided along the course as well as mile markers. Post race snacks will be served at the Chris Larsen Park Shelter along the Missouri Riverfront. (Larsen Park Road)
Experience Cookies BBQ Rib Wagon on site from 9am-2pm. BBQ available $8.00 and up.
Register by April 24th to receive a race shirt.
Online registration closes at 12:01am on May 1st.
Registrants after April 24th and day of race registrants will not receive a race shirt.

Exit onto Hamilton Blvd from I-29 towards river front
Turn left onto Larsen Park Road
Follow road until you see Chris Larsen Park Shelter.
